Venezuela lost its friendly game against Colombia 0-2. Ronald Vargas started the game, but was changed after half an hour. Next Wednesday Venezuela faces Ecuador.

Daan Van Gijseghem started the game of the Belgian U21’s in Slovenia. He was substituted three minutes before the end. Belgian soon took the lead after goals from Mununga and Dequevy, but in the final half hour still conceded two goals. Because of this draw, chances are very small to qualify for the European Champiosnhip of 2011 or the Olympic Games of 2012.
