Earlier today, Club Brugge has sold its 20,000th season ticket at the Ticketing Department. This magical boundary has been breached when the family Hostens from Avelgem came and picked up their season tickets at the Ticketing Department. The entire family - dad Dirk, mum Lieve, son Wout and daughter Lies - were welcomed by Club president Pol Jonckheere, trainer Adrie Koster and operational manager Patrick Orlans.
The lucky family received a special gift from Club president Jonckheere: a game jersey with 'Fan 20,000' on the back and the number 12, for the twelfth man our fans represent. Coach Adrie Koster promised the four fans a thrilling season, a gift to all fans we reckon.
Dad Dirk was very enthusiastic: "I used to have season ticekts, but with our small children I didn't always make it and stopped coming for a couple of years. Now that Wout is ten, he can come and join me, together with a friend of his and his dad. It's clear to see that Club is doing all it can to be a family-friendly and reachable club." Just one more reason not to miss any game!
After a nice and informal chat, the children were surprised with a small gift and the family Hostens went home again. We will be seeing them at the first home game of Club on 7 August, against STVV.
In the coming weeks, our Ticketing Department will be available and make your dreams of seeing Club live from the first row reality!
