Odoi joined Stade Leuven's youth ranks at a tender age, joining Dries Mertens in 1998 in a move to RSC Anderlecht. This was followed up with a stint at the KRC Genk youth, where he met Steven Defour. One year later, he headed back to his first team, which had then become Oud-Heverlee Leuven, featuring in second division. At OHL, the right back made his first team debut in 2006. In 2009, coach Guido Brepoels lured him to Sint Truiden, where he earned his first playing time in the Belgian top flight.
Then followed Anderlecht and Lokeren, only to see him join Fulham in the English Championship. He helped the team to two league titles and two promotions to the Premier League. Odoi played a total of 129 games for Fulham when Club came knocking in the winter of 2022. In West-Flanders, he signed a contract keeping him in Bruges until 2024.
