9 Club players with international duties

Club sees nine players leave with international duties for the next interland break. With six first team internationals and three U21 internationals, the blue and black are well represented. Find an overview below.

With Simon Mignolet, Brandon Mechele, Hans Vanaken and Charles De Ketelaere all called up, Club Brugge is the team with the most Red Devils for this World Championship qualification campaign. Belgium faces Wales, the Czech Republic and Belarus in this and next week in the battle for a WC 2022 ticket in Qatar. Youngsters Ignace Van der Brempt and Nick Shinton earned an international call-up for Belgium's U21 team. They leave for a training camp under the guidance of Jacky Mathijssen.

 

Noa Lang joins the Netherlands' U21 side in search for a spot in the next round of the the European Championship U21 in Hungary and Slovenia. The tournament has two parts: the group stage (24 until 31 March) and the knock-out round (31 May until 6 June). The Netherlands are paired with Germany, Hungary and Romania.

 

Ethan Horvath joins the national team of the United States who'll play two friendlies against Jamaica and Northern Ireland.

 

Eduard Sobol earned another selection for Ukraine. The left full-back visits world champions France and will then play two home games against Finland and Kazakhstan.
