Candriam new back of shirt partner

Earlier today, Club Brugge revealed its new back of shirt partner. As of today, Candriam, Belfius bank's independent asset manager, will be gracing the back of our shirts. "We're thrilled with this co-operation. It's a very positive partnership for Club Brugge, and it will be a boost to Candriam's brand awareness", Club president Bart Verhaeghe declared.

To the man in the street, Candriam is a relatively new name. “It's with great pleasure and praid that Candriam has announced its commitment to a Belgian sports brand. With its 129 year spanning history, its undisputed track record, its huge and ever so loyal fan base, and its grounding in the Belgian economic and social fibre, Club Brugge is a key player both in Belgium and abroad. As leaders in the field of sustainable management - with knowhow established in Belgium by our 300 employees and exported worldwide - Candriam will engage to support the club at any given moment, and to help the club in its implementation of its social vision", Vincent Hamelink, Chief Investment Officer at Candriam explains. Their focus on risk management, team driven approach and constant innovation is a perfect match. Club's newest partner will be gracing Club's shirts until the end of the 2022-2023 season.

In other news, the partnership with Belfius has been expanded with three years. “It just goes to show how much confidence the Belfius group bestows on us, and I really want to give them something back", Bart Verhaeghe emphasises. “Both Belfius and Club Brugge have a long history. I've known Bart for about five years now, and even in dire times, he has always supported Belfius. With Belfius, we are now regarded as the first digital platform in Belgium, and that's only going to improve. Hard work, innovation and a daring attitutde. Words of Bart Verhaeghe we have put to practice at Belfius", Belfius CEO Marc Raisière reports.
