Noa Lang draws 1-1 with Romania

Noa Lang was the only player in action from Club's internationals on Wednesday evening with the Netherlands' U21 side. In Belgium's 3-1 win over Wales the Club internationals were unused subs. Eduard Sobol was on the substitutes' bench as well with Ukraine.

With four players Club Brugge is the team with the most Belgian internationals for this World Championship qualification campaign. In the first game against Wales Hans Vanaken and Simon Mignolet were unused subs, while Charles De Ketelaere and Brandon Mechele were left out of the team sheet. Wales took the lead through Wilson, but the Red Devils turned things around before the break. First De Bruyne hammered home the equaliser from long range and Thorgan Hazard nodded home Meunier's cross.

After the break Lukaku rolled in a third for Belgium from the penalty spot. On Saturday Belgium takes on the Czech Republic who beat Estonia 2-6.

 

Noa Lang faced Romania with the Netherlands on the U21 European Championship. Lang was picked for the starting line-up and played 80 minutes. Schuurs opened the scoring for the Netherlands, but Ciobanu leveled things up quickly. The score remained 1-1. On Saturday the Netherlands play the second group match against Germany.

 

Eduard Sobol's Ukraine visited world champions France. The left full-back stayed on the bench the entire game and saw Griezmann open the scoring in the first half. After the break Ukrained pulled level with a deflected shot. 1-1 was the final score. On Sunday Ukraine hosts Finland. Thursday evening Ethan Horvath can play with the United States against Jamaica.
