Rik De Mil remains at Club Brugge.
Rik De Mil remains at Club Brugge and joins Ronny Deila's coaching staff next season. De Mil (41) has been with Club since 2014. Among other things, he was coach of Club NXT in 1B and then became assistant coach under Alfred Schreuder and Carl Hoefkens. In March, De Mil took over as head coach and led Club to the Champions Play-Offs. Now he joins Ronny Deila's coaching staff. With De Mil, Club retains additional experience and Bruges DNA in the coaching staff.
De Mil: "The past few months have been a unique experience and have taught me a lot as a trainer. I only wanted to join a team for next season that I could identify with 100%. After talks with Bart, Vincent and the new coach Ronny Deila, I am convinced that I can play an important role in the coaching staff for next season."
