“This is hard since we dominated the entire match. And also because our opponent was Anderlecht. We did not score enough which is why we end the match with one point. We created enough chances and should have scored more but we were too messy. We have to look into the mirror now. We have enough qualities in our team. I think luck is not at our side for the moment or we are lacking a bit of confidence. Maybe there is a different reason. We have to look into that. We will watch the match again in the next couple of days. Maybe we should run or respond differently. It is pity that we did not win today. We lost two points here."
Nevertheless, Bjorn Meijer sees the impact of the new coach. "We can already see the effect of some aspects on which we focus during the training sessions. We played dominantly which is positive. We have to take that with us to the next game. The outside world does not see what we are training but we as players can see the effects more an more. We can continue to work with that." (KN)
