The decision has been made! Club Brugge will face Dynamo Kiev in the 1/16th finals of the Europa League. The away match will be played on the road on Feb. 18, 2021. One week later, on Thursday, Feb. 25, the game will be played at Fort Jan Breydel.
Not an unfamiliar encounter, as last season Club met Dynamo in the third preliminary round of the Champions League. At home we won 1-0, in Ukraine it was 3-3 after a spectacular match. This season they did manage to reach the group stage of the Champions League via the preliminary rounds. There they finished third in a group with Barcelona, Juventus and Ferencvarosi. So through the safety net, they end up in the Europa League where we meet again.
