Blauw-Zwart's 21-member selection is boarding a plane for Austria this morning. We take off at 11 a.m. in Ostend to land in Klagenfurt about 2 hours later.
Tomorrow evening the second game in the League Phase of the Champions League is scheduled. In Klagenfurt we will take on Sturm Graz, which lost its first game to Stade Brest 2-1.
A light training program will follow today. After arriving in Klagenfurt, the staff and players first settle in the hotel and play off the plane legs. A press conference with coach Hayen and Christos Tzolis for the local and Belgian press will follow at 5:45 p.m. in the Wörthersee Stadium. Afterwards, the group will train one last time before the match at 6:30 p.m. in the stadium.
The next morning on matchday the group will first walk the legs around 10:30 am. After lunch there will be several team meetings leading up to the match. At 9 p.m. the match against Sturm Graz gets underway, to be followed live on VTM2 and via live updates in the Club app.
