For four seasons now Club NXT has been organizing training sessions and talent days at City Pirates grounds. With this collaboration, we want to further expand our scouting and training in Antwerp.
Club players from this region can train until the age of 12 under the guidance of NXT coaches at the accommodation of City Pirates in Merksem. This way we limit the travel times of our boys and they can enjoy Club NXT training close to home. In addition, Club will also provide support to the operation of City Pirates. With the coach the coach and coach the player project, we offer weekly training moments for coaches and players of the Pirates.
City Pirates is a social soccer project that provides social guidance to 1400 youngsters in the Antwerp area. The Club Brugge Foundation and the City Pirates Foundation will work closely together to further implement the core social values in both Bruges and Antwerp. Both foundation operations have been awarded several prizes in the past.
