In order to welcome every player, employee, supplier or visitor with a smile, Blue-Black is looking for a Front of House. Will you become the welcoming face of our Belfius Basecamp with a focus on administrative and operational support?
What do we expect from our recruit?
- You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, customers and suppliers in accordance with procedures, every weekday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- You will manage the telephone switchboard, various mailboxes and provide administrative support.
- You manage the agenda of the meeting rooms and organize their setup and cleanup.
- You organize mail service, mail delivery and orders according to internal procedures.
- You provide administrative and operational support for the Basecamp site, such as monitoring and managing the access system.
- You manage the stock of drinks and office supplies, ordering as needed and coordinating deliveries at our 3 sites (Basecamp, The Nest & Jan Breydel site)
- You manage availability and access to hotel rooms.
- You support the billing process for Operations and answer questions from supporters via AskClub or email.

- Someone who is good at handling and processing business information.
- Someone with a healthy dose of assertiveness who is flexible in terms of vacations (between 8am and 6pm) and practice games (sporadic evening hours).
- Someone who is dynamic, customer-oriented, proactive, discreet and communicatively strong.
