You will be an added value to Blauw-Zwart:
- You control the entrance and supervise during inflow.
- You will be the point of contact for supporters during our home games.
- Fans who are new to our fantastic club? You inform them and point them to the right place.
- As a key player within our club you are able to communicate in a communicative way to identify all kinds of (small) situations, to solve them and/or, if necessary, to call for help.
- You are a real team player, very collegial and always remain customer friendly and confident.
This is the top transfer we want to capture:
- You are an enthusiastic and reliable man or woman over the age of 18.
- Winning is done with the whole team. Teamwork and collegiality is an important trait of yours.
- Just like our players, you are willing to learn. You follow courses and attend instruction days.
- You are flexible, confident and stress-resistant. Even when Blauw-Zwart is only leading 1-0 in the final minutes.
- You are not yet listed in the referee's book and have not received a stadium ban in the last 5 years.
