Not much time for Club to bask in the afterglow of the 5-0 victory in Eupen, already making its way to Iceland for the second leg in the third qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League, where Club will be defending a 5-1 first leg victory against KA Akureyri.
The day kicks off at the Basecamp in Westkapelle, where the entire squad gathers at 9 am for breakfast. Prior to a first training session on home turf, a first meeting will be organised with all those selected, concluded with a final training session at 11 am.
After lunch, the final selection will be announced, and the trip from Ostend to Keflavik will be taken on, local time two hours earlier than in Bruges. The plane is set to land at around 4:15 pm local time, 6:15 pm in Belgium. With the game being played at the Laugardalsvöllur Stadium, Club will be staying in Reykjavík.
