What do we expect from you?
You are responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the volunteer and temporary staff policy for the matchday organization of Club Brugge and Club NXT.
- You manage the planning, performance, communication, information and contracts of the employees.
- You act as the first point of contact on match days.
In addition, you take care of the operational and logistical execution of all actions and events of the supporters' associations.
- You manage the orders and ensure correct stocking.
- You act as the first point of contact before, during and after matches and are responsible for a smooth organization.
This makes you the right candidate:
- You have a hands on mentality and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
- You have an enthusiastic and helpful personality.
- You can think along at a bachelor level and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You have a strong affinity with soccer and can empathize with the world of our supporters.
- You are ready during busy periods and can be flexible to weekend and evening work.
- You like to make sure that your administration, planning and organization is accurate and correct.
