With the transfer period almost upon us, Blauw-Zwart wants to bring in one more big addition to its commercial team. Will you be our new Sales Manager?
What is generally expected of him or her
- On match days, you guide and support C-levels and their guests. On non-game days you prepare for games, business club activities and come up with initiatives for the expansion of our customer base.
- You support the commercial operation and business development of our brands: Club Brugge, Club NXT, Club YLA, eClubBrugge, Club KIDS, Club Brugge Foundation & Club Moments.
- You are working on a daily basis to support our retention and prospecting meticulously and effectively.
- As a team you will set up a market approach from which partners will be approached: commercial flair, targeted meetings and an accompanying sales pitch for these creative (online & offline) partnerships are decisive here.
- You take care of stock management and business development of our products in visibility, hospitality, seats & activations.
- You can perform administrative tasks (CRM management - debtor management - provide requested reports) and make the control of budget & turnover.

- You are a born networker who wants to represent Club internally & externally as an ambassador.
- You are always looking for growth and conversion and want to make the final difference with sales pitches and consequently sustainable contact(s).
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and English and can also speak French.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
