Venezuelan forward Daniel Pérez will be bidding Club Brugge farewell, making the move to Cypriot Nea Salamis Famagusta FC, where he will be signing a one-year deal with an option for one additional year.
Pérez joined Club back in 2021 from Metropolitanos FC, completing five seasons at Blue & Black, joining the teams towards two championship wins. He featured in the seniors team 11 times, and was also called 36 times for Club NXT U23. His very first goal was against Union Saint-Gilloise in the Challenger Pro League. A month later, he netted his first for the first team in the Jupiler Pro League against KAA Gent. Loan spells followed to a.o. KV Ostend and Lokeren-Temse, and now Pérez is making his way to Nea Salamis Famagusta FC in Cyprus.
