David Okereke: "Glad with a goal but I would prefer to have won"

David Okereke appeared at kickoff and scored in the beginning of the second half. However, Club could only keep one point home.

"Scoring is always nice after a couple of games without doing so. However, I would switch my goal immediately for a victory today. Balanta and Vormer did a great job and I only had to be on the right place to score. We play many games and the coach uses all players he disposes of. It is my task to be ready when he needs me and I tried to do so today."

Standard were a tough opponent. "The visitors played very strong and our midfielders had no space to play. We had to process numerous high balls which is not easy against their tall defenders. Our coach gave some new guidelines at halftime and we could create more danger afterwards. Unfortunately, we could only take one point home. Now we have to work further towards the next game and try to win that one again. (KV)
