It is with pain in our hearts that we learned of the passing of former player Serge Kimoni. Kimoni was 58 and played three seasons for Club.
In total, Kimoni made 74 appearances for Blauw-Zwart. His 1987/88 debut season will be remembered by many, as he helped ensure a Bruges miracle season in Europe. The defender played in 9 of the 10 European matches, including the miracle match against Dortmund. In that season, he reached the semifinals of the UEFA Cup with Club.
