Our ladies of Club YLA are in full swing as they prepare for the new season. Training sessions have been going on for several weeks now and practice matches have already been played against Bredene and ADO Den Haag.
To get the new soccer season off to the best possible start, a final training camp is scheduled. From August 14 to 17, the team will travel to Phalsbourg, France, for a three-day internship, where two practice matches will also take place. Follow all updates here!
A new day for our ladies from Club YLA during their summer training. In the morning the training took place not on the grass, but in the hotel pool, a refreshing alternative workout! In the afternoon, the ladies had the chance to explore picturesque Strasbourg, with a few hours free to explore the city on their own. Tonight we end the day with a fun pizza night.
On Thursday, both a training and a practice match against Dijon of France were scheduled. At 5 p.m. the kick-off was at the Stade David Weill. Our ladies lost the practice match 3-1. Clementine Reynebeau again provided the Bruges goal.
The team has arrived in Phalsbourg, France. After an intensive trip, there are a few busy days ahead. Later today the first training session is scheduled, followed by a second training session tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow afternoon Club YLA will play their first game of the summer training camp against Dijon FCO at 5 p.m. Their second match against Strasbourg will follow on Saturday at 12:00.
