Horvath: "Confidence increased"
Ethan Horvath and the American national team play a friendly against England. The goalkeeper of the Blues talked about his number one position at Club and his self-confidence.
Horvath is again part of the starting eleven at the Blues since a couple of weeks. 'The past couple of weeks were hectically but playing four matches in about two weeks helped to increase my self-confidence. The first home game against Ostend and the tough away game at Genk went fluently. Playing in the Champions League was very unique. It gave me a special feeling and it increases my self-confidence. Having a team that trusts me helps of course."
The number one of the American national team, Zack Steffen, is missing. Does that increase the chances of Horvath to start from kickoff? "I don't know whether I will start from kickoff. It is up to the coach to decide about that. I can only work hard on training and show to be self-confident again. If I am allowed to play, I will prove to be ready!"
