FourFourTwo lauds Leko as "tactically flexible and a great motivator." Leko is in good company on FourFourTwo's list with coaches like Domenico Tedesco (Schalke 04, 2nd in the Bundesliga), Adi Hutter (YB Bern, 1st in the Swiss Super League above FC Basel) and Pablo Machin (Girona, 8th in their maiden season in La Liga).
