Just like on Thursday against Salzburg, Jelle Vossen was also brought on in the closing stages against Anderlecht. The Limburger was honest in his analysis.
"We almost completely controlled the first half and were deservedly in the lead. But then that goal came out of nowhere, causing panic among us. During the second half, it could have gone either way, but I think if you start like that against Anderlecht, you should always be disappointed if you don't win. If you're up 0-1 after five minutes and have the better play, it's a shame you can't make it 0-2 because then the match is over. It's unfortunate, but on the other hand, we could have also lost, so then a 2-2 draw is ultimately still a good result."
It's only the second match since Vossen's return after his injury: "Four months is not long in a lifetime, but it is when you're sidelined and can't contribute to your team. I'm glad to be part of it again!"(JDN)
