Blondel: "That was not my finest moment. I had just returned from an injury, I was pleased with my good substitution against Cercle and then it happend again... Being on the pitch was the only thing I wanted. Helping my teammates on the pitch, fighting together in the play-offs. But the injury decided otherwise."</p>
But there is always hope. "I have been working very hard after I had surgery. Now I am on holiday with my family but that doesn't stop me from running daily so I'm ready to start the first training sessions with the rest of the team."
And all that hard work pays off. Blondel will start the preperation on Monday with the rest of the team. "I will need another two or three weeks to be fully ready I guess, but that's normal after five months of rehab. I am looking forward to start next season in top shape!"
