"I'm lucky the coach gives me enough freedom on the pitch. He wants me to look for space and that's why I have been performing. I'm not a typical winger who loves to play on the line. I can show my qualities best if I can roam the pitch. We bossed Genk around in the first twenty minutes and should have scored a second goal, but by half-time we were 1-2 down. They were very efficient in front of goal and it was hard to defend on their striker. Besides the two goals we conceded, we were pretty much in control the entire first half and the better of the two sides. At half-time we just said to keep going like we played in the first half. And that's what we did. We showed we are a good group."
Noa Lang was surprised about the distance he had covered in this game. "Twelve kilometers? Well, I felt it at the end of the game. I need to improve on that. I felt my calf cramping up around the seventieth minute, but I'm glad that I could make it until the final whistle. That doesn't happen every week. I feel that I'm getting stronger." (KN)
