Ronny Deila could make peace with a point draw at Anderlecht, although the Norwegian coach felt Club had the most claim to victory.
"We started weakly. We wanted to put pressure right away, but we were too passive. After twenty minutes we did get into the match, but shortly before halftime they scored out of nowhere. After the break, we came out of the locker room full of energy. We put them under pressure and also scored. If anyone deserved to win, it was us. However, don't forget that Anderlecht has a lot of quality. All in all, we only gave away one chance. However, we lacked the offensive power like Thursday. That was partly due to the pitch which was difficult to play on. Passing was difficult, so we had to fight. But the fact that we came back from a deficit shows the mentality of the team. We are satisfied with the point, although of course we came here for the three points. In the closing stages we started to play differently. After all, it is important to have a plan B and C. Because of the many games, we have little time to grind in new things, but we use every game to improve." (SF)
