Club Brugge lost the return match against AGF Aarhus 1-0, but did qualify for the next round of the UEFA Europa Conference League. Coach Deila therefore sat after the match with a double feeling.
"I am disappointed with the first half," the coach began. "We mainly lacked power and pace, but I didn't see a lack of focus. Indeed, you must not forget that AGF Aarhus is not a bad team and was perhaps the toughest draw we could have. Consequently, we should not take those matches for granted. Now it is mainly feet on the ground and looking forward to the next one. Of course, we also have to find solutions for what ran less tonight," the Blauw-Zwart coach concluded.
