Despite last week's 1-2 win in Spain, Club Brugge still had to pull out all the stops to qualify for the group stage of the Conference League. Blauw-Zwart was able to correct a 0-2 deficit and is thus assured of European soccer until the winter break. Coach Ronny Deila was very proud of his team.
"We continued to believe in a good outcome. At no point did we give up. We knew Osasuna would get tired as the minutes progressed. We forced the chances and finished them, thanks to the support of the fans. The fans were great. I became a coach for games like this. Tonight I will never forget.
