Utku Kurtal has secured his very first professional contact! The midfielder, who was trained at Blauw-Zwart, thus remains linked to Club NXT until 2027 with an option until 2028.
The Limburg midfielder (17) made the switch from STVV to Blauw-Zwart in 2023-2024. This season, Utku made his professional debut in the Challenger Pro League match against RWDM Brussels on Dec. 17, 2025. Kurtal also made his mark in the UEFA Youth League, including an assist in the home match against Arsenal U19.
Utku sees his strong performance rewarded with a first professional contract until 2027, with an option until 2028.
