Club received help from eight secondary school students today. The YOUCA Action Day gives young people the opportunity to spend a day doing their bit within an organization to raise money for charity. A project that Club fully supports!
For several years now, young people have been able to spend their YOUCA Action Day at Club. This year Victor, Faustine, Rani, Marilien, Sebastien, Rune, Eduard and Jules came to lend a hand to the Blue-Black family. A day in the kitchen, in the Club Shop or even on the trail of our kinés and doctors; the youngsters rotate a day behind the scenes. The wages they earn today go entirely to charity.
This year's theme is "Right to a Clean, Healthy and Sustainable Neighborhood." YOUCA uses the money raised to support projects in Burundi and the Gaza region to keep neighborhoods livable and healthy, free of waste and pollutants, to increase and ensure quality of life.
Club is proud to have been able to give eight young people the opportunity to spend their YOUCA Action Day meaningfully. No Heart/No Glory is in our DNA and we take every opportunity we can to do our part for society as well.
