Kevin Van Dessel joins Ivan Leko’s staff as team development coach.
The 47-year-old Belgian brings extensive experience from both Belgian and Dutch soccer. After a successful playing career, Van Dessel built a strong track record as a coach. He previously served as an assistant coach at KV Mechelen, KRC Genk, and KAA Gent.
Last season, Van Dessel took the helm for the first time as head coach of the Dutch club Roda JC, the team for which he played for many years.
