100% BRUGES DIGITAL PRODUCT STUDIO
A stone's throw from Jan Breydel, we find Bits of Love, a 100% Bruges-based digital product studio, specialized in converting strategic challenges into user-friendly digital products & games. A hefty sandwich, but for Bits of Love it's daily business. "We provide strategic advice throughout the entire digital process and take care of the full implementation. We do this quickly and concretely via prototypes, and supported by our rich experience and research. Day in and day out, Club Brugge works with complex data: from physical data of the sporting core to data of the Blauw-Zwart supporters. And that requires a user-friendly and intuitive digital approach. Enter Bits of Love. "Bits of Love has been a reliable partner of Club Brugge for years. Both in the qualitative support around data and data visualization and in the development of our Fan and Sports apps, Bits of Love always shows their great added value as an extension of our ICT organization," says Jannes Labaere, Chief Information Officer at Club Brugge.
And the added value of Bits of Love as a digital partner is also measurable, for example in the design, development and rollout of the brand new Club app. Barely one month after its launch, the app already counted 14.4% more active users, the total number of sessions grew from 450,000 to 750,000, turnover from in-app purchases doubled and the open rate of push notifications increased by no less than 58.8%.
