Today Blauw-Zwart leaves for Thessaloniki for the return match of the quarterfinals against PAOK FC. The flight, press conference and training on Greek soil make for a well-filled first day.
Early in the morning, the players gathered at Basecamp where they had breakfast together. They will leave for Ostend Airport shortly to take off for Greece at around 10 a.m.
The flight takes about three hours and FCB will set foot on Greek soil around 1:45 pm. Then it will be time for lunch and an hour of rest. After a healthy snack, the players head to the Toumba stadium, home of PAOK FC, for the first time at 4:45 pm. At 5:15 p.m. Belgian time, the press conference with coach Nicky Hayen and a Bruges player is scheduled. The preview can be followed live on YouTube and Facebook.
At 6 p.m. there will then be the training session at the Toumba Stadium where some 28,000 fans will be present tomorrow.
