Under the guidance of Rik De Mil, Sylla began his adventure in Belgium with Club NXT U23. He made a strong impression, and on 22 May 2022, he made his debut in the season-ending match against Anderlecht. On the first matchday of the Champions League, Sylla opened his account for Blauw-Zwart with a powerful header. It also secured Club a victory: a 1-0 win over Bayer Leverkusen. In September 2022, Sylla made his debut for the Ivorian national team. The defender has a contract until 2026.
