A Rotterdam native who played for arch-rival Ajax, it typifies Noa Lang. A Dutchman full of swagger and guts who likes nothing better than to play soccer. Lang went through Ajax's youth series and was known there as a great talent. In 2019, he made his debut with the first team of the Amsterdammers. To gain experience, Ajax loaned him to Twente for half a season.
Club managed to convince Lang to come and play soccer south of Amsterdam at the beginning of the 2020-2021 season. An excellent move, as it turns out, because since his arrival Lang has been playing the pan of the roof. With 17 goals and 11 assists in his first season, he immediately made his mark on Bruges' attacking game. He was rewarded for this by receiving the award of Best Promise in the Pro League. In September 2021, Club extended the Dutch winger's contract until 2025.
A month after his contract extension, in October 2021, Lang was called up for the Dutch national team for the first time. On Oct. 8, 2021, he made his debut in the 0-1 won World Cup qualifier, away against Latvia. Lang grabbed three titles in a row with Blauw-Zwart.
