From 11 am to 3 pm, as many as 650 Club fans and sympathizers stopped by to discover Club Brugge's practice complex, including Club subscriber Patrick from Brugge: "As a loyal supporter, it is a unique opportunity to be able to come and visit our Club's practice complex. It is fantastic here. I am totally impressed by the professional environment our players are in. You feel that this beautiful training complex breathes soccer. Nice that we also support charity in this way."
A separate comprehensive tour was also offered in an accessible manner for the less mobile fan and wheelchair user. Some of our most loyal wheelchair subscribers were on hand. Club Brugge Foundation's own sports teams were also present: De Voetbalkraks, Club Brugge Amp Team, Club Brugge G-football.
5,000 EUROS FOR CLUB BRUGGE FOUNDATION
All proceeds of this event benefited the social-sports projects of Club Brugge Foundation. Head of Foundation Peter Gheysen looks back with satisfaction: "Despite the colder weather conditions, all participants were impressed by the Basecamp. This event raised a nice 5,000 Euros for the benefit of Club Brugge Foundation's projects. To hear the exclusively positive reactions of the participants, we can only be satisfied."
