After a restful vacation, the players of Blauw-Zwart will travel to Marbella, Spain, on Saturday, Jan. 3, on a winter training trip. There they will prepare for the second half of the season until Friday, January 9. You can follow the winter training as from January 3 on social media.
On Saturday, Jan. 3, the players will gather at Basecamp for the first time of the new year. From there they head to Zaventem, where the flight to Malaga awaits. On the first day on Spanish soil, the soccer boots are immediately put on for a first training session in the afternoon.
During the winter training camp in Marbella, Ivan Leko's troops will train about twice a day. To conclude the preparation for 2026, Club Brugge will play a friendly match against Austrian Sturm Graz on Thursday, Jan. 8, at 3 p.m. This match is free to spectators.
The group will return to Belgium on Friday, January 9, after which the cup game against Charleroi on Tuesday, January 13 and the league game at home against La Louvière on Friday, January 16 are scheduled.
