Friday night we open the Jupiler Pro League with a home match against KV Mechelen. As a subscriber, can't attend this or any other home game? Then sell your seat so another fan can take your place, because Jan Breydel is almost sold out for Friday! Moreover, we will compensate you if your seat is resold.
How does it work?
You can release your seat in 2 ways:
- Via the app
In the Club Brugge app, go to the 'Club ID' category and click on your season ticket. Here you can simply sell your seat via the 'Sell seat' button in case you have to miss a match. - Via the website
Surf to the ticketing website. There you immediately see the matches for which you can release your seat. Here too you can sell your seat in just a few clicks.
Are you in the hunt for Club ID Gold next season? Then don't forget to release your seat if you can't make it, that way you won't lose your streak!
Note: releasing your seat is irreversible and must be done at least 48 hours before the start of the match.
Seat sold? Compensation on your Club ID
If your seat is resold to another fan, you will receive compensation directly to your Club ID. The compensation is as follows:
- 4% of the total amount of your season ticket for basic matches
- 5% of the total amount of your season ticket for top matches
- 6% of the total amount of your season ticket for Play Offs
